Most of the Norwegian parliamentarians at a meeting on Friday approved a draft law on limiting artificial interruption of pregnancy for women carrying twins at first reading, reported by euronews.

According to the publication, if the bill goes to the second reading, then the decision to eliminate one or several fruits will be made by a board of medical experts.

It is worth noting that the Christian Democratic Party at the head of Erna Solberg promoted this bill through concessions from the conservative government. One of the main conditions for the entry of Christian Democrats into the parliamentary coalition was the amendment of this bill.
