Эльбрус Комаев оставил след с трупным запахом

Водочный магнат Эльбрус Комаев, о котором Руспрес рассказал в связи с расследованием деятельности банды Аслана Гагиева (Джако), оказался одним из «серых кардиналов» Северной Осетии. Источники рассказали, как Комаев строил свою карьеру и оказался на вершине спиртового бизнеса. Оказалось, что этот путь буквально завален трупами. Формально Эльбрус Комаев (на фото обведен желтым) владелец завода «Салют». Однако источники Rucriminal.info говорят, что «Салют» - это не только водочный завод. Это целая фабрика из производств: спиртовой завод, завод шампанского, завод вина, слабоалкогольных напитков, водки и т.д. Без Комаева, имеющего мощную поддержку на федеральном уровне, не решается ни один вопрос в области алкоголя в Северной Осетии. Именно Комаев является алкогольным решалой в Осетии номер один  с 2014 года. «Если кто-то хочет работать по линии алкоголя - должен платить ему процент, иначе либо местные силовики приедут, либо федеральные. В зависимости от крутизны объекта. А может и Росалкоголь забрать лицензию», - рассказал источник.

По его мнению, все успехи Комаева подозрительно связаны с множеством смертей. Вот только небольшой их список.

Серьезную карьеру в водочном бизнесе Комаев начинал с должности коммерческого директора завода «Салют», которым владел влиятельный бизнесмен Олег Гиоев. Последний большую часть времени проводил в Москве, доверившись Комаеву. И тут обнаружил, что завод оказался на грани разорения. Гиоев провел ревизию, показавшую, что львиную долю прибыли похищали. В апреле 2007 года состоялся неприятный разговор между Гиоевы и Комаевым, в ходе которого первый разбил второму голову. А через неделю у подъезда Гиоева взорвался скутер, он погиб. Позже выяснилось, что бомбу заложили киллеры Аслана Гагиева (Джако), с которым Комаев сошелся к тому времени. После гибели Гиоева, «Салют» был обанкрочен и в ходе торгов его купил Комаев. Негласным совладельцем завода стал Джако.  

В ходе расследования подрыва Гиоева, один из членов оперативно-следственной группы плотно занялся Комаевым. Он инициировал проведение допросов Комаева. А потом провел неформальную встречу с Эльбрусом и вскоре после нее загадочно умер.         

Ещё до этого странным образом умер и оценщик Голосной. Причём сразу после торгов, на которых Комаев заполучил завод. Тут надо добавить, что Гагиев профессионально умел обращаться с отравляющими веществами и ядами...

Не менее странным образом пропал и пристав, организовавший торги имущества «Салюта». По окончанию успешной операции в пользу Комаева и Гагиева, пристав уволился,  уехал в Москву, где планировал купить квартиру. И исчез.  

Киллерами Гагиева был убит бывший директор завода «Салют» Вадим Джиоев (на выезде из ресторана «Регах»). У него были амбиции участвовать в торгах по выкупу активов завода «Салют». Он его и строил в своё время вместе с отцом Олега Гиоева. Они были друзья и родственники. 

К этому можно добавить, что оперативники сейчас проверяют интересные сведения. В свое время некий Эльбрус просил Гагиева убить сотрудника центрального аппарата ФСБ РФ С.Л. и начальника отдела МУР Андреева. Этому Эльбрусу показалось, что данные сотрудники слишком близко к нему подобрались. Эльбрус и Джако обсуждали возможность устранения сотрудников с помощью взрыва. К счастью, задуманное они так и не осуществили.

It is Komaev who has been the number one alcoholic solver in Ossetia since 2014. “If someone wants to work on the alcohol line, he must pay him a percentage, otherwise either the local security forces will come or the federal ones. In his opinion, all the successes of Komaev are suspiciously associated with many deaths. Here is just a small list of them.

Komaev began a serious career in the vodka business with the post of commercial director of the Salyut factory, which was owned by an influential businessman Oleg Gioev. The latter spent most of his time in Moscow, trusting Komaev. And then I discovered that the plant was on the verge of ruin. Gioev conducted an audit showing that the lion's share of the profits had been stolen. In April 2007, an unpleasant conversation took place between the Gioevs and Komaev, during which the first broke the second head. A week later, a scooter exploded at the entrance of Gioev, he died. It later turned out that the bomb was planted by killers of Aslan Gagiev (Dzhako), with whom Komaev had converged by then. After the death of Gioev, “Salute” was bankrupt and during the bidding it was bought by Komaev. The co-owner of the plant was Jaco.

During the investigation of the Gioev’s bombing, one of the members of the operational-investigative group was closely engaged in Komaev. He initiated the interrogation of Komaev. And then he held an informal meeting with Elbrus and soon after she mysteriously died.

Even before that, the appraiser Golosnoy also died in a strange way. And right after the auction, at which Komaev got the plant. Here it must be added that Gagiev was able to handle poisonous substances and poisons professionally ...

No less strange way did the bailiff who organized the auction of Salyut’s property also disappear. At the end of a successful operation in favor of Komaev and Gagiev, the bailiff quit, left for Moscow, where he planned to buy an apartment. And disappeared.

Killer Gagiev killed the former director of the Salut factory Vadim Dzhioev (at the exit from the Regah restaurant). He had ambitions to bid on the redemption of the assets of the Salyut plant. He built it in due time together with the father of Oleg Gioev. They were friends and relatives.

To this we can add that the investigators are now checking interesting information. At one time, a certain Elbrus asked Gagiev to kill S.L. and the head of the department of MUR Andreev. It seemed to this Elbrus that these employees were too close to him. Elbrus and Jaco discussed the possibility of eliminating employees with the help of an explosion. Fortunately, they never realized their plan.
