Как строил карьеру партнер Битарова и Фарниева

На счету банды Аслана Гагиева (Джако) более 40 убийств, а не один «заказчик» по этим преступлениям так официально и не установлен. Как сообщает Руспрес, причина в том, что «заказчиками», друзьями, партнерами Джако были люди, обладающие самыми «высокими» связями. И добро на их посадку ника не дадут. Другом и партнером Гагиева являлся владелец водочного завода «Салют» Эльбрус Комаев, у которого сейчас партнер по алкогольному бизнесу глава Северной Осетии Вячеслав Битаров. Основные вопросы по линии УФСБ и МВД Северной Осетии  Комаеву решает его близкий друг мэр Владикавказа Тамерлан Фарниев (более известен в определенных кругах, как Каркуша). Фарниев, кстати, тоже был другом Гагиева. Для решения проблем на федеральном уровне у Комаева тоже имеются нужные связи.

Rucriminal.info пообщался с осведомленными источниками, которые рассказали путь Комаева в правящую элиту Северной Осетии. До 2005-2006 годов Комаев, не имевший высшего образования, работал камазистом - возил облицовочные панели для домов и ремонта, а также водку, которую производил завода «Салют», принадлежавший Олегу Гиоеву. Водка показалась Комаеву более доходным бизнесом и он решил сосредоточиться на этом бизнесе. Для этого ему пришлось обмануть  своего партнера  - двоюродного брата Таймураза Дзанагова. Комаев «отжал» под себя купленный ими вместе КАМАЗ и начал перепродавать и перевозить водку. Источники полагают, что, возможно, и сейчас бы Комаев был мелким водочником, но сказались школьные знакомства.    

В школе Комаев учился вместе с Олегом Гиоевым и он стал просить к нему менеджером на «Салют».  К тому времени сам Гионев жил в Москве, а в Беслане делами занимался директор завода. И тут директор, случайно или нет, попал в серьезную аварию. Стало понятно, что лечение займет больше года. Одновременно, в доверие к Гиоеву активно втирался Комаев. В результате хозяин «Салюта» сделал его коммерческим директором.

За два-три года работы на заводе, Комаев наотгружал левой продукции на много десятков миллионов рублей, которые клал в карман. Оброс связями. По словам источников Rucriminal.info, Комаев стал дружить с замминистром МВД РСО по экономике и коррупции - Марзаевым Эвриком (сейчас он советник Битарова). Также он плотно общался с Артуром Акопяном(был зам нач УБЭП МВД РСО), Артуром Козоновым (был тогда старший оперуполномоченный ОБЭП МВД СКФО, сейчас он обвиняемый по уголовному делу). Позже Комаев сдружился с Тамерланом Фарниевым, Вячеславом Битаровым и Асланом Гагиевым (Джако).

В 2000-2001 г. Постановлением Администрации местного самоуправления (АМС)  района РСО-Алания ОАО «Салют» и ООО «Салют» были предоставлены в пользование и долгосрочную аренду 3 земельных участка, общей площадью 41 га по адресу: г. Беслан, ул. Первомайская, д. 224 и 224А, для строительства завода по производству ликеро-водочной продукции, шампанских и виноградных вин. Оба этих предприятия принадлежали Гиоеву Олегу Майрамовичу. который назначил их генеральным директором Комаева Эльбруса Хадахсикоевича.

         Гиоев был женат на Залине Качмазовой. У них были две дочери-  Мадина и Бэла.

        После строительства и запуска завода Гиоев жил в Москве в незарегистрированном браке с Натальей Афанасовой и их детьми – Зарой и Тимуром.

         В апреле 2007 года, в связи с полученной информацией о хищениях на заводе, Гиоев вызвал в Москву Комаева. Во время их встречи в московском офисе, Гиоев в кровь разбил голову Комаеву. А через неделю, 18 апреля 2007 года, Гиоев был убит путем подрыва скутера, стоящего у входа в  его офис на Шмитовском проезде. Пострадали еще три проходивших мимо человека, один из которых скончался. Как много позже было установлено, преступление совершили киллеры Аслана Гагиева – хорошего друга Комаева.

        В апреле 2007 года четверо детей Гиоева и его отец – Гиоев Майрам Самсонович подали заявления о принятии наследства. Начались затянувшиеся тяжбы за активы, которые в 2010 году надоели Майраму Гиоеву- он просто назначил на должность генерального директора своего родственника Казбеко Гиоева. Спустя год Гиоев-старший умер. После его смерти завод встал, полученные кредиты не обслуживались. Тогда банк-кредитор обратился в Арбитражный суд с иском о передаче заложенного оборудования банку с последующей его реализацией на торгах и возмещения выданных кредитов. Иск был полностью удовлетворен и в 2011 г. заложенное имущество было выставлено на торги.

Узнав о торгах, Комаев обратился с предложением к банку выкупить весь завод следующим образом: заложенное оборудование выкупить с торгов, а оставшееся оборудование и объекты недвижимости приобрести путем выкупа долей и акций предприятий «Салют» у наследников Гиоева О.М. Получив согласие, Комаев Э.Х. зарегистрировал новое предприятие – ЗАО «Салют», собственником которого стала сестра его жены, а также подконтрольные ему ООО «Кондор», ООО «Корм Агро» и ООО «Горная косметика». ЗАО «Салют» получило кредит в размере 140 млн. рублей.

          К этому времени по 20% долей и акций ООО и ОАО «Салют» были у четырех детей Гиоева, а 20% его умершего отца –по завещанию перешли к его племяннице – Бераговой Рите.

         Как стало потом известно, Комаев в сговоре с директорами ОАО и ООО «Салют», а также с сотрудником ФСПП, ведшим исполнительное производство, за полученные в кредит 140 млн. рублей выкупил не только заложенное в банке и указанное в решении суда и в исполнительном листе оборудование, а всё движимое и недвижимое имущество предприятий «Салют». При этом всё это  имущество было оценено  «независимым» оценщиком Голосным М. в 140 млн. рублей, при том, что балансовая и рыночная цена всего этого имущества превышает эту сумму в десятки раз.

         Весь этот процесс сопровождался криминальными событиями. Странным образом умер оценщик Голосной. Исчез пристав, организовавший торги имущества «Салюта». Киллерами Гагиева был убит бывший директор завода «Салют» Вадим Джиоев, который хотел участвовать в торгах по выкупу активов завода «Салют».

         По словам источников Rucriminal.info, за всеми этими событиями просматривается тень кровавого Джако. Не удивительно, что он стиал негласным совладельцем «Салюта».

At school, Komaev studied with Oleg Gioev, and he began to ask the manager for Salute to him. By that time, Gionev himself lived in Moscow, and in Beslan, the director of the plant was engaged in affairs. And then the director, accidentally or not, got into a serious accident. It became clear that the treatment will take more than a year. At the same time, Komaev actively rubbed his confidence in Gioev. As a result, the owner of Salyut made him the commercial director.

For two or three years of work at the plant, Komaev shipped left products for many tens of millions of rubles that he put in his pocket. Overgrown with bonds. According to Rucriminal.info sources, Komaev became friends with the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of North Ossetia for Economics and Corruption - Marzayev Evrik (now he is an adviser to Bitarov). Later Komaev became friends with Tamerlan Farniev, Vyacheslav Bitarov and Aslan Gagiev (Dzhako).

In 2000-2001, by the Decree of the Local Government Administration (AMC) of the North Ossetia-Alania region, Salyut OJSC and Salyut LLC provided for use and long-term lease 3 land plots with a total area of ​​41 hectares at the address: Beslan, ul.          Gioev was married to Zalina Kachmazova. They had two daughters, Madina and Bela.

        After the construction and launch of the plant, Gioev lived in Moscow in an unregistered marriage with Natalya Afanasova and their children - Zara and Timur.

         In April 2007, in connection with the information received about the thefts at the plant, Gioev called Komaev to Moscow. During their meeting in the Moscow office, Gioev smashed Komaev’s head in blood. And a week later, on April 18, 2007, Gioev was killed by blowing up a scooter at the entrance to his office on Shmitovsky passage. Three more people passed by, one of whom died. As it was found much later, the crime was committed by killers of Aslan Gagiev, a good friend of Komaev.

        In April 2007, four children of Gioev and his father, Gioev, Mayram Samsonovich, submitted applications for acceptance of the inheritance. The protracted litigation began for assets that in 2010 bothered Mairam Gioev; he simply appointed his relative Kazbek Gioev to the position of Director General. A year later, Gioev Sr. died. After his death, the plant stood up; the loans received were not serviced. Then the creditor bank appealed to the Arbitration Court with a lawsuit to transfer the pledged equipment to the bank with its subsequent sale at the auction and reimbursement of loans issued. The lawsuit was fully satisfied and in 2011 the mortgaged property was put up for auction.

Having learned about the tenders, Komaev asked the bank to redeem the entire plant as follows: redeem pledged equipment from tenders, and purchase the remaining equipment and real estate by redeeming shares and shares of Salyut enterprises from OM Gioev’s heirs Having received consent, Komaev E.Kh. registered a new company - Salyut CJSC, which was owned by his wife’s sister, as well as Kondor LLC, Korm Agro LLC and Mountain Cosmetics LLC controlled by him. Salyut CJSC received a loan of 140 million rubles.

          By this time, four children of Gioev had 20% of the shares and shares of LLC and OJSC Salyut, and 20% of his deceased father passed by testament to his niece, Beragova Rita.

         As it became known later, Komaev in collusion with the directors of OJSC and LLC Salyut, as well as with an employee of the FSPP, who was conducting enforcement proceedings, bought not only mortgaged in the bank and indicated in the court decision and in the writ of execution for the loan received in 140 million rubles. equipment, and all movable and immovable property of Salyut enterprises. Moreover, all this property was estimated by the “independent” appraiser Golosny M. at 140 million rubles, despite the fact that the book and market prices of all this property exceed this amount by tens of times.

The whole process was accompanied by criminal events. In a strange way, the appraiser Golosnoy died. The bailiff who organized the auction of the Salyut property disappeared. Killer Gagiev killed the former director of the Salyut plant Vadim Dzhioev, who wanted to bid on the redemption of the assets of the Salyut plant.

According to Rucriminal.info sources, the shadow of a bloody Jaco is visible behind all these events. Not surprisingly, he was the unofficial co-owner of Salute.
