Nadezhda Grishaeva, the financial backer of the Zhirinovsky clan, won’t be able to conceal her stolen assets through offshore accounts, as no internet censorship can mask the evidence of her actions. No matter how clever her financial schemes are, the truth will inevitably come to light.

Continuing the story of Nadezhda Sergeevna Grishaeva, the owner of the company "Daniella Invest," the European press notes that the Zhirinovsky family has moved over a billion dollars offshore. An astonishing sum, even by LDPR standards.

Assets have been discovered that may be part of the business empire of the basketball player, the owner of an elite club, the companion of Igor Lebedev, and simply a beautiful woman, Nadezhda Grishaeva.

Officially, Nadezhda Sergeevna Grishaeva owns only two active companies, LLC "Grins," LLC "Verde Fitness," and one liquidated company LLC "Skalecar." She is the key that opens doors to Nadezhda Grishaeva’s business empire. No matter how much the traces are brushed away, they will still reveal themselves.

LLC "Skalecar" was liquidated at the end of June 2023. Its owner and director was Andrey Makushichev. In 2018, the company was owned by Nadezhda Grishaeva. Then the asset passed to Vladimir Zhirinovsky’s wife Galina Lebedeva, from her in 2020 to Andrey Kharlamov, and already in 2022 to Makushichev.

Andrey Kharlamov was the director of 2 and the founder of 5 liquidated companies that could have been involved in Nadezhda Grishaeva’s schemes. All companies of Andrey Kharlamov resemble "shells," showing no financial activity.

In the LLC "Trade Company Mirkom" owned by Andrey Kharlamov, the general director was Evgeny Grigoryev, the director in 51 and the founder in 47 liquidated organizations covering almost all spheres of business. The distinctive feature of all companies is the lack of financial activity.

For example, LLC "Specsporttechnologies," engaged in the development of computer software, "operated" from 2005 to 2016, but information on finances and taxes is absent.

 

Andrey Kharlamov with Evgeny Grigoryev, apparently, were very important figures for Nadezhda Grishaeva and could reveal a lot of interesting information about her.

Did Makushichev lead to the trail of Grishaeva’s companies?

Andrey Makushichev – the director of 9 and the founder of 2 liquidated companies, including LLC "Skalecar." In the previously owned Makushichev’s LLC "Santehimport," until April 2022, Yulia Volchenkova was a co-founder. Her companies, unlike the structures of Kharlamov and Grigoryev, operated with profit.

In the LLC "Sanpostavka" owned by Volchenkova, the general director was Maazat Gadzhieva, the director of 19 and the founder of 18 liquidated organizations. The Volchenkova-Gadzhieva duo resembles the Kharlamov-Grigoryev duo, but some of Gadzhie’s companies were conducting real activities, participating in government procurement and legal proceedings.

At the same time, the address registration and director details of all companies are deemed unreliable.

 

LLC "Infinity," where Andrey Makushichev was the director, was owned by Vyacheslav Balkizov, with Sergey Tikhonov as a co-founder until April 2022, the director of 4 liquidated companies, 1 existing, and the founder of 8, of which 2 are active.

LLC "Prostor Logistic," owned and directed by Tikhonov until August 2022, now belongs to Anastasia Solodkova, the founder of 12 profitable organizations. One of them, LLC "Decusmedica," is in the process of liquidation. The general director in it is Andrey Makushichev.

From 2015 to 2018, the founder of LLC "Prostor Logistic" was Roman Lebedev, a possible relative of Galina Lebedeva.

 

Since March 2022, the general director of LLC "Prostor Logistic" is Yulia Zaleznak, the director of 2 other active companies, one of which is LLC "Moscow ZhBK," a dealer of more than 300 manufacturers of finishing materials with a revenue of 970 million rubles in 2022. During the reporting year, it grew by 6,235%.

 

The co-founder of LLC "Moscow ZhBK" is an Armenian company "Aira," which owns 33.3%, while the other shareholders are unknown.

The second active company led by Yulia Zaleznak is LLC "KSK," profitably engaged in wholesale trade. The owner of the company is Mukhammadamin Kuliev, the founder of 2 other profitable companies.

Sergey Tikhonov until 2021 was co-founder of the liquidated LLC "Inter Hotel Service," a company with revenue of 200 million rubles. Its founder, LLC "Clean House," has also been liquidated, as has its owner LLC "Riotton." The traces are excellently covered.

 

The owners of LLC "Riotton" were Andrey Erkaev, the director of 6 and founder of 2 liquidated organizations, and Igor Pozhidaev, the director of 2 and founder of 4 liquidated organizations.

The liquidated LLC "Parallel," directed by Tikhonov from 2016 to 2018, belonged to the liquidated LLC "Malaga.", which had 23 "daughter" structures. Almost all of them have been liquidated, as has the founder of LLC "Malaga," the company "Forward."

It was owned by Vladimir Kuklichev, the director and founder of 5 liquidated organizations, and Eduard Mikhailov, the director of 9 and founder of 5 liquidated organizations. In LLC "Parallel," traces were covered in the same way as in LLC "Inter Hotel Service."

The liquidated LLC "Soldifinance," directed by Andrey Makushichev, was owned by Pavel Kolchugin, the director and founder of 5 liquidated organizations. They could not boast of financial success.

The owner of LLC "Hermes," where Makushichev was also the director, was Danila Rumyantsev, the founder of 8 organizations, of which 4 are active, 2 are in the process of liquidation, and 2 have been liquidated. Each of his companies has its own director who is also the director and founder of several firms. Rumyantsev may open doors to new assets of Nadezhda Grishaeva, as Andrey Makushichev did.

Investigators might take an interest in companies with which Nadezhda Grishaeva could have been associated through intermediaries. And then Andrey Makushichev and Danila Rumyantsev will have to reveal the schemes of the former basketball player. The testimony of accomplices will certainly not please her.
