How the late Vladimir Zhirinovsky’s ex-daughter-in-law, Nadezhda Grishaeva, manipulated the LDPR’s assets through offshore and fake companies

Possible assets have been discovered that could be closely tied to the business empire of basketball player, elite club owner, and Igor Lebedev’s associate, Nadezhda Grishaeva.

No matter how hard the ex-daughter-in-law of the late Vladimir Zhirinovskiy tries to conceal her involvement with these assets and the "dirty" money of the LDPR, all attempts are doomed to failure — the investigation only unravels the tangle, and the truth will soon come to the surface.

Nadezhda Grishaeva is suspected of transferring the assets of the deceased leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), Vladimir Zhirinovskiy, through Hotels Europe Daniella Invest in the EU.

Continuing the investigation of Nadezhda Grishaeva’s story, the European press notes that the Zhirinovskiy family transferred more than a billion dollars to offshore accounts. This amount is astonishing even by LDPR standards.

Officially, Nadezhda Grishaeva is the owner of two active companies: LLC "Greens" and LLC "Verde Fitness", and she also owned the liquidated company LLC "Scelekcar".

LLC «Scelekcar» was liquidated at the end of June 2023. Its owner and director was Andrey Makushichev. In 2018, the company was owned by Nadezhda Grishaeva. Then the asset passed to Vladimir Zhirinovskiy’s wife, Galina Lebedeva, from her in 2020 to Andrey Kharlamov, and already in 2022 to Makushichev.

Andrey Kharlamov was the director of 2 and the founder of 5 liquidated companies that could have been involved in Nadezhda Grishaeva’s schemes. All of Andrey Kharlamov’s companies resemble "shells" that do not exhibit financial activity.

In the Trade Company «Mirkom», owned by Andrey Kharlamov, the director was Evgeniy Grigoriev, who led 51 and founded 47 liquidated organizations, covering almost all areas of business. A distinctive feature of all the companies is the lack of financial activity.

For example, LLC «Spetsporttechnologies», engaged in the development of computer software, "operated" from 2005 to 2016, but information on finance and taxes is absent.

Andrey Kharlamov and Evgeniy Grigoriev, it seems, were very important figures for Nadezhda Grishaeva and might have a lot of interesting information about her.

Did Makushichev lead to Grishaeva’s companies?

Andrey Makushichev  – director of 9 and founder of 2 liquidated companies, including LLC «Scelekcar». In the LLC «Santehimport», previously owned by Makushichev until April 2022, one of the co-founders was Yuliya Volchenkova. Unlike Kharlamov’s and Grigoriev’s structures, her companies operated with profit.

In the LLC «Sanpostavka», owned by Volchenkova, the director was Maazat Gadzhieva, who led 19 and founded 18 liquidated organizations. The duo Volchenkova-Gadzhieva is reminiscent of the Kharlamov-Grigoriev duo, but some of Gadzhieva’s companies were engaged in real activities, participating in government procurement and legal proceedings.

Meanwhile, all companies had their registration addresses and director information recognized as unreliable.

LLC «Infinity», managed by Andrey Makushichev, was owned by Vyacheslav Balkizov, and up until April 2022, Sergey Tikhonov was a co-founder. Tikhonov was the director of 4 liquidated companies, 1 active, and the founder of 8, with 2 active ones.

LLC «Prostor Logistic», which was owned and managed by Tikhonov until August 2022, is now owned by Anastasia Solodkova, the founder of 12 active profitable organizations. One of them, LLC «Dekusmedica», is in the process of liquidation. The director there is Andrey Makushichev.

From 2015 to 2018, the founder of LLC «Prostor Logistic» was Roman Lebedev, a possible relative of Galina Lebedeva.

Since March 2022, the director of LLC «Prostor Logistic» has been Yuliya Zaleznyak, who also leads 2 other active enterprises, one of which is LLC «Moskovskiy ZHZK», a dealer of more than 300 manufacturers of finishing materials, with a revenue of 970 million rubles in 2022. The revenue grew by 6,235% over the reported year.

The co-founder of LLC «Moskovskiy ZHZK» is a company from Armenia «Aira», which holds 33.3%, while the other shareholders are unknown.

The second active company led by Yuliya Zaleznyak is LLC «KSK», profitably engaged in wholesale trading. The company owner is Mukhammadamin Kuliev, the founder of two other profitable companies.

Until 2021, Sergey Tikhonov was a co-founder of the liquidated LLC «Inter Hotel Service», a company with a revenue of 200 million rubles. Its founder, LLC «Clean Home», is also liquidated, as is its owner, LLC «Rioton». The tracks are being thoroughly erased.

The owners of LLC «Rioton» were Andrey Erkayev, director of 6 and founder of 2 liquidated organizations, and Igor Pozhidaev, director of 2 and founder of 4 liquidated organizations.

The liquidated LLC «Parallel», which Tikhonov managed from 2016 to 2018, belonged to the liquidated LLC «Malaga», which had 23 "subsidiary" structures. Almost all of them are liquidated, including the founder LLC «Malaga» company «Forward».

It was owned by Vladimir Kuklichev, director and founder of 5 liquidated organizations, and Eduard Mikhailov, director of 9 and founder of 5 liquidated organizations. In LLC «Parallel», traces were covered up through a similar scheme as in LLC «Inter Hotel Service».

In the liquidated LLC «Soldifinance», which was managed by Andrey Makushichev, the owner was Pavel Kolchugin, director and founder of 5 liquidated organizations. They could not boast of financial success.

The owner of LLC «Hermes», where Makushichev was also a director, was Danila Rumyantsev, founder of 8 organizations, with 4 active, 2 in liquidation, and 2 liquidated. Each of his companies has its own director, who is also a leader and founder of several firms. Rumyantsev may open doors to new assets of Nadezhda Grishaeva, as Andrey Makushichev did.

Investigators might become interested in companies that Nadеzhdа Grishaeva might have been connected to through intermediaries. And then Andrey Makushichev and Danila Rumyantsev will have to reveal the schemes of the former basketball player. The testimony of accomplices will certainly not please her.
