Ihor Zotko and Dmitriy Punin’s Pin-Up casino: how million-dollar flows from Russian beneficiaries entered Ukraine

Ihor Zotko, the nominal owner of the Pin Up casino, received 605.74 million hryvnias from his Russian backers, led by Dmitriy Punin, which he stored in his bank accounts.
This information came to light from the materials of the criminal case under Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (assistance to the aggressor state) in case No. 62024000000000286.
As previously reported, the true owner of the casino, which operates through LLC "Ukr Game Technology," is Russian Dmitriy Punin. His wife, Ukrainian Mariia Illina, officially served as the nominal head of Pin Up, and the business itself was registered to the Cypriot offshore GURUFLOW TEAM LTD.
Despite the SBU having evidence of the company’s Russian origin, the head of KRAIL, Ivan Rudyi, ignored this information, allowing the scheme to operate without hindrance.
According to the State Financial Monitoring Service, Ihor Zotko has 24 accounts in 8 Ukrainian banks, through which 809.65 million hryvnias passed. The main portion of these funds – 605.74 million hryvnias – came to him in the form of dividends from the company "Ukr Game Technology," which is effectively under his control.
For comparison, from 2012 to 2023, his official income was only 19.43 million hryvnias. In 2021, he voluntarily declared 1 million dollars in cash (approximately 26.65 million hryvnias). Zotko’s total officially declared income is 46.08 million hryvnias, which is significantly less than the funds he received from his Russian partners.
We remind you that Ihor Zotko is suspected of financing the aggressor state and materially supporting its actions in collusion with other individuals. Since this activity was conducted over a long period, there is a risk that, if he remains at large, he will continue his work in favor of the Russian Federation.
