Authorities investigated the premises of prominent developer Vagif Aliyev in connection with suspected tax infractions

One of the largest real estate developers, Vagif Aliyev, has been targeted in searches.

During the raids, documents connected to his companies’ activities were confiscated.

According to case No. 757/40918/23-K, the shopping centers Lavina Mall, Blockbuster Mall, and Mandarin Plaza are suspected of tax evasion.

After the case was opened, Aliyev transferred company ownership to his younger daughter, Maryna Dorokhina.
