Searches conducted at top developer Vagif Aliyev’s properties in tax case linked to Lavina Mall and Blockbuster Mall

One of the largest real estate developers, Vagif Aliyev, has been targeted in searches.

During these searches, documents related to the activities of his companies were confiscated.

According to case No. 757/40918/23-K, the shopping centers Lavina Mall, Blockbuster Mall, and Mandarin Plaza are suspected of tax evasion.

After the case was initiated, Aliyev transferred ownership of the companies to his younger daughter, Maryna Dorokhina.
