Грязные газовые деньги от Фуада Узбекова

Дарига Назарбаева вернулась в Казахстан из Лондона. Она летала в столицу Англии, чтобы  угомонить своего собственного сына, внука первого президента и лидера (елбасы) Казахстана Нурсултана Назарбаева 29-летнего Айсултана Назарбаева. Последний грозит рассказать о всей закулисной отношений представителей Казахстана и Газпрома. Среди прочего, это вызывает беспокойство у человека, который и выстраивал все эти отношения – у Фуада Узбекова. Это теневой и непубличный делец с очень интересной биографией. В июле 2007 года было объявлено, что Фуад Узбеков занимает должность одного из директоров австралийской компании Carpathian Resources Limited (нефтегазовая компания, существующая с 1997 года), главным активом который был ряд газовых месторождений в Чехии. Одновременно почти контрольный пакет акций компании перешел под контроль Energo Holdings Corp.- мутная структура, за которой стояли отдельные топ-менеджеры «Газпрома» и казахские газовики. Вскоре в  Carpathian Resources Limited приходят и представители этих топ-менеджеров.

Председателем компании становится Максимилиан Анри Данишевский, который ранее входил в руководящий состав «Газпром-экспорт», отвечал за направление по транспортировке газа на Кипр и Израиль через проект по расширению трубопровода Bluestream II.

         Одним из директоров Carpathian Resources (прим. Руспрес: вместо Узбекова, он на этой должности пробыл недолго) становится Кирилл Драгун- бывший сотрудник «КасРосгаза».

Одновременно принимается решение об изменение характера деятельности Carpathian Resources. Все напоминает, как если бы «Газ-пром» решил заняться торговлей блинами. По решению нового акционера (главным представителем которого является Узбеков) австралийская компания открывает две бензозаправки в США, также инвестирует деньги в розничную торговлю транспортными средствами, продажу линз и оправ для очков на территории США. Позже в ходе судебных разбирательств выяснилось, что Carpathian Resources активно занималось скупкой долговых обязательств в США. Дальше-больше. В 2011-2012 году Carpathian Resources продает все свои активы в Чехии для того, чтобы вложить все эти средства в некий совместный проект с «дочкой» «Газпрома» «Газпромтрубинвест», предусматривающий финансирование в объеме 200 млн евро. А сразу после этого объявляется о ликвидации Carpathian Resources.

По словам источников Руспрес, данная чистая австралийская компания с довольно длинной историей использовалась, как прослойки для покупки ряда активов нужных этим «мутным» топ-менеджерам, а потом для вложения грязных денег в США, а также прочих финансовых махинаций. 

В 2007 году, когда Фуад покупал Carpathian Resources, одновременно он через знакомого Константина Луценко начал переговоры о покупке Rompetrol Group в интересах «КазМунайГаз».

Rompetrol Group – транснациональная нефтяная компания с большинством активов в Румынии, Франции, Украине, Грузии и Молдове. Руководил ей румынский миллиардер Дину Патричиу.

Топ-менеджерами в Rompetrol Group являлись бывший премьер-министр Молдовы Ион Стурза и Луценко, ранее, связанный со структурами «Газпрома». Луценко и Узбеков были друзьями и при их посредничестве «КазМунайГаз» вначале купил 75 % Rompetrol Group, принадлежавших государству, а в 2009 году 25 %, принадлежавших Патричиу. Примечательно, что позже выяснилось, что приватизация Rompetrol сопровождалось неимоверной коррупцией, в 2016 году по этому факту было начато расследование, а на активы компании наложен арест. Из-за этого «КазМунайГаз» вынужден был продать Rompetrol китайцам.

В 2008 году Узбеков, Луценко и Стурза создали офшор Chandler Group Holdings. Среди учредителей компании указан Гуннар Нордслеттен, чей отец служил послом Норвегии в России с 2000 по 2008 год. Владельцами этого офошора стали три других - Thinkpulse SA, Argali Holdings Ltd. и Sovereign Sales & Commerce Ltd. В свою очередь эта троица учредила люксембургский офшор Einer Energy Holding. Через эту структуру семья Узбековых стала вкладывать средства своих клиентов (в том числе угольного магната Александра Щукина) по всему миру.

         К этому источники Rucriminal.info добавляют, что во время сделок с Rompetrol, у семьи Узбековых появился новый партнер - гражданин Румынии и Великобритании Виорел Кампину, который специализируется среди прочего и на вложение средств в откровенно криминальные проекты. Например, последнее время он тесно связан с Украиной и имел отношение к поставками оружия из этой страны в Катар, которое потом оказалось у ИГИЛ.

In July 2007, it was announced that Fuad Uzbekov was one of the directors of the Australian company Carpathian Resources Limited (an oil and gas company that has existed since 1997), the main asset of which was a number of gas fields in the Czech Republic. At the same time, almost a controlling stake in the company came under the control of Energo Holdings Corp., a muddy structure, behind which stood separate Gazprom top managers and Kazakh gas companies. Soon, representatives of these top managers come to Carpathian Resources Limited.

The company’s chairman is Maximilian Henri Danishevsky, who was previously a member of Gazprom Export’s management team and was responsible for transporting gas to Cyprus and Israel through a project to expand the Bluestream II pipeline.

One of the directors of Carpathian Resources (instead of Uzbekov, he did not stay in this position for long) is Kirill Dragun, a former employee of KasRosgaz.

At the same time, a decision is made to change the nature of Carpathian Resources. Everything recalls as if Gaz-Prom decided to go into pancake trading. By the decision of a new shareholder (the main representative of which is Uzbekov), the Australian company opens two gas stations in the United States, and also invests in retail vehicles, selling lenses and eyeglass frames in the United States. Later in the course of litigation, it turned out that Carpathian Resources was actively engaged in the purchase of debt obligations in the United States. Further more. In 2011-2012, Carpathian Resources sells all of its assets in the Czech Republic in order to invest all these funds in a joint project with Gazprom's daughter Gazpromtrubinvest, which provides for financing in the amount of 200 million euros. And immediately after that, the elimination of Carpathian Resources is announced.

According to Rucriminal.info sources, this pure Australian company with a rather long history was used as a layer for buying a number of assets needed by these “muddy” top managers, and then for investing dirty money in the USA, as well as other financial frauds.

In 2007, when Fuad bought Carpathian Resources, at the same time, through a friend of Konstantin Lutsenko, he began negotiations on the purchase of the Rompetrol Group in the interests of KazMunaiGas.

Rompetrol Group is a multinational oil company with most assets in Romania, France, Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova. The Romanian billionaire Dina Patriciu led her.

Top managers at the Rompetrol Group were former Moldovan Prime Minister Ion Sturza and Lutsenko, previously associated with Gazprom structures. Lutsenko and Uzbekov were friends, and through their mediation, KazMunayGas initially bought 75% of the state owned Rompetrol Group, and in 2009 25% owned by Patriciu. It is noteworthy that it later turned out that the privatization of Rompetrol was accompanied by incredible corruption, in 2016 an investigation was launched on this fact, and the company’s assets were seized. Because of this, KazMunaiGas was forced to sell Rompetrol to the Chinese.

In 2008, Uzbekov, Lutsenko and Sturza created the offshore Chandler Group Holdings. Among the founders of the company is Gunnar Nordsletten, whose father served as the Norwegian ambassador to Russia from 2000 to 2008. The owners of this offshore were three others - Thinkpulse SA, Argali Holdings Ltd. and Sovereign Sales & Commerce Ltd. In turn, this trio established the Luxembourg offshore Einer Energy Holding. Through this structure, the Uzbeks began to invest funds of their clients (including coal tycoon Alexander Schukin) around the world.

To this, sources of Rucriminal.info add that during the transactions with Rompetrol, the Uzbeks family had a new partner - a citizen of Romania and Great Britain Viorel Campinu, who specializes in, among other things, in investing in frankly criminal projects. For example, recently it has been closely connected with Ukraine and was related to the supply of weapons from this country to Qatar, which was later acquired by ISIS.
