Василий Поздышев скупает банки и уворачивается от спецслужб

«Черная кошка» пробежала между двумя богатейшими деловыми партнерами – бывшими зампредом ЦБ РФ Василием Поздышев и зампредом АСВ Валерием Мирошниковым. Как рассказали источники Руспрес, Поздышев, к которому масса вопросов у спецслужб, надеется избежать неприятностей по силовой линии и продолжить зарабатывать в России. Недавно он попытался приобрести санированный «Московский Индустриальный банк» (МИнбанк). Но сделке противился приятель Валерий Мирошников, которому дорогу в РФ закрыта. А средства у них общие.

Как рассказали наши источники, за МИнбанк развернулись просто нешуточные сражения. Изначально его решил купить председатель совета директоров ООО «Управляющая компания Фонда консолидации банковского сектора» Василий Поздышев. Сделать он это решил через инвестиционный фонд The Angcc Global investment consortium. Но тут у Поздышева возникли большие проблемы. В банковских кругах никогда не была секретом сплоченная банковская спайка Поздышев-Мирошников. С ними тесно взаимодействовал и начальник банковского отдела Управления К ФСБ РФ Кирилл Черкалин, который сейчас находится под стражей. «Партнеры» выстроили на банках гигантский бизнес. Сотни тысяч, а порой миллионы долларов, получались при проверках банков, санации, банкротства и т.д. Схем было множество. О них мы как-нибудь расскажем. Черкалин свои «заработки» забирал себя. А вот Поздышев и Мирошников, по словам источника Rucriminal.info вместе выводили средства на Запад и вместе вкладывали через инвестфонды. После ареста Черкалина, ФСБ РФ вплотную взялось и за Мирошникова. Для этого были все основания. Он спешно покинул страну, попутно уволившись из АСВ. В Россию Мирошникову путь заказан, его сразу задержат. А вот Поздышев, хоть и лишился поста зампреда ЦБ РФ, но сумел пока безопасно остаться в России. К нему пристальный интерес со стороны спецслужб, но Поздышев не сдается и считает, что все у него будет хорошо. В частности, он решил на выведенные с Мирошниковым соедства через The Angcc Global investment consortium приобрести МИнбанк. Однако, категорически против этого возражал Мирошников, который считает, что нельзя совместные капиталы вкладывал в России, так как сам экс-замглавы АСВ в страну вернуться не сможет. В результате, Поздышев от плана заработать на МИнбанке не отказался, решив ее с выгодой для себя продать Ростеху. Но тут возникло препятствие.

Об интерес к покупке МИнбанка объявил немецкий банк Varengold Bank AG , которой тесно связан с бывшим официальным бенефициаром Московского индустриального банка Абубакаром Арсамаковым.  По словам источников, Арсамаков в свое время вывел 100 млрд в рублевом эквиваленте в дубайское отделение Varengold Bank AG . Причем сделало это без согласования с официальными лицами Чечни, то до поры об этом не подозревали. Появление нового потенциального покупателя крайне не понравилось Поздышеву. А дальше произошли события, о которых первых сообщил телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ. О выведенных средствах и желание Varengold Bank AG купить МИнбанк узнали влиятельные лица в Чечне.  В результате родственники Арсамакова перекочевали в секретную тюрьму, а сам Абубакар прибыл в республику. От него потребовали организовать доступ к счетам в немецком Varengold Bank AG, на которых находятся выведенные средства. Все юридические формальности были уже пости улажены, как началось перекрытие границ из-за коронавируса. Сам Varengold Bank AG выбыл их претендентов на МИнбанк, Поздышев был крайне доволен успехом. Более того, он не стал раскрывать все карты, а пошел в Ростех и начал торопить представителей госкорпорации с покупкой МИнбанка. Мол, надо поспешить, а то МИн может достаться немецкому банку.  

 В начале апреля Василий Поздышев был избран в совет директоров Московского Индустриального Банка и он продолжает с утроенной силой убеждать Ростех в покупке. Источник Rucriminal.info, не исключает, что сделка уже может произойти сразу после спада всех мер, принятых в связи с коронавирусом.

In particular, he decided to acquire Minbank through the Angcc Global investment consortium, which had been withdrawn from Miroshnikov. However, Miroshnikov categorically opposed this, who believes that it is impossible to invest joint capital in Russia, since the ex-deputy head of the DIA will not be able to return to the country. As a result, Pozdyshev did not refuse to make money from the plan at MINB, having decided to sell it to Rostekha at a profit. But there was an obstacle.

The German bank Varengold Bank AG, which is closely associated with the former official beneficiary of the Moscow Industrial Bank Abubakar Arsamakov, expressed interest in buying the Minbank. According to sources, Arsamakov once withdrew 100 billion in ruble equivalent to the Dubai branch of Varengold Bank AG. Moreover, it did this without coordination with Chechen officials, for the time being they did not suspect this. The emergence of a new potential buyer did not like Pozdyshev. And then there were events that were first reported by the telegram channel of the Cheka-OGPU. Influencers in Chechnya learned about the withdrawn funds and the desire of Varengold Bank AG to buy MINbank. As a result, Arsamakov’s relatives migrated to a secret prison, and Abubakar himself arrived in the republic. He was required to arrange access to accounts in the German Varengold Bank AG, on which the withdrawn funds are located. All legal formalities were already settled, as the border crossing due to coronavirus began. Varengold Bank AG itself dropped out of their applicants for the Minbank, Pozdyshev was extremely pleased with the success. Moreover, he began to reveal all the cards, and went to Rostec and began to rush representatives of the state corporation with the purchase of MINBANK.  In early April, Vasily Pozdyshev was elected to the board of directors of Moscow Industrial Bank, and he continues to convince Rostec of the purchase with tripled strength.
