Как криминальный Вячеслав Битаров возглавил Северную Осетию

Когда спрашиваешь у оперативников о самом характерном примере криминала во власти, они уверенно указывают на главу Северной Осетии Вячеслава Битарова.   Rucriminal.info публикует продолжение рассказа о крайне интересном пути руководителя республики и его ближайших сподвижников – владельца завода «Салют» Эльбруса Комаева и нынешнего мэра Владикавказа Тамерлан Фарниев (Каркуша). Двое последних были членами Семьи (группировки) «авторитета» Аслана Гагиева (Джако). Так, в свое время, Фарниев являлся помощником «вора в законе» Махарбека Каргаева (Руслан) и Каркуша собирал для него дань с бизнесменов из Северной Осетии. Потом у Раслана возник конфликт с Джако и «вор в законе» был убит. Фарниев вскоре оказался в плену в подвале подмосковного коттеджа Гагиева, где присягнул на верность Джако и Семье. После этого Каркуша стал собирать дань с североосетинских бизнесменов уже для Джако. Среди таких бизнесменов оказался и Битаров, который являлся подопечным зловещего Гагиева. Вскоре сборщик дани Фарниев и младший бизнесмен из Семьи Джако Битаров сдружились. Напомним, что это не короткий пересказ главы из романа «Крестный отец», а реальное описание жизненного пути нынешнего главы Северной Осетии и мэра Владикавказа. Все эти данные есть в оперативных справках, присутствуют в показаниях свидетелей.

         Одновременно Каркуша дружил с всемогущим мэром Владикавказа Сергеем Дзантиевым, являлся его младшим партнером. Когда Вячеслав Битаров решил строить политическую карьеру, то закрутил роман с 60-летний влиятельной председателем Парламента Северной Осетии Ларисой Хабицевой. Она помогла Пивнику (а так называют Вячеслава Битарова) стать депутатом, а потом попасть в правительство РСО. Дальше карьера Битаров зависела исключительно от Дзантиева- на тот момент «человека №1» в Северной Осетии. За Пивнику просили и Хабицева, и Фарниев, в результате Дзантиев взял его под свою опеку. Как рассказали источники Rucriminal.info, когда умер тогдашний президент РСО Тамерлан Агузаров, то первым пост предложили первому замминистру обороны Руслану Цаликову. Но тот пост в военном ведомстве оставлять не захотел.  И тогда  Дзантиев, имевший неплохие связи в администрации президента, стал предлагать кандидата Битарова «своего» для Северной Осетии. Дзантиев рассчитывал, что Битаров станет подконтрольным руководителем региона. Он даже и предположить не мог, что слово благодарность в лексикон Битарова не входит.  

Последний быстро создал тайный клуб заговорщиков, в которой вошли Битаров, Комаев и Фарниев. Они решили объединить свои ресурсы и связи, чтобы «свалить» Дзантиева. Был и меркантильный интерес. Друг Дзантиева Каркушу имел доступ к более 140 участков очень хорошей земли во Владикавказе, которую контролировал Дзантиев. И партнеры решили «отжать» эти участки.

В результате Битаров, Каркуша и Комаев пролоббировали «левое» уголовное дело на Дзантиева, он до сих пор в розыске. После этого троица дружно принялась до конца отжимать участки и другие активы Дзантиева, а также безраздельно править Северной Осетией. Править в духе 90-х годов. Битаров сейчас глава республики, Фарниев мэр Владикавказа. А без Комаева не решается ни один вопрос в области алкоголя в Северной Осетии. Именно Комаев является алкогольным решалой в Осетии номер один . «Если кто-то хочет работать по линии алкоголя - должен платить ему процент, иначе либо местные силовики приедут, либо федеральные. В зависимости от крутизны объекта. А может и Росалкоголь забрать лицензию», - рассказал источник Rucriminal.info.

По его мнению, все успехи Комаева подозрительно связаны с множеством смертей.

Например, Комаев начинал карьеру, как коммерческий директор алкогольного завода «Салют», который принадлежал Олегу Гиоеву. В апреле 2007 года, в связи с полученной информацией о хищениях на заводе, Гиоев вызвал в Москву Комаева. Во время их встречи в московском офисе, Гиоев в кровь разбил голову Комаеву. А через неделю, 18 апреля 2007 года, Гиоев был убит путем подрыва скутера, стоящего у входа в  его офис на Шмитовском проезде. Пострадали еще три проходивших мимо человека, один из которых скончался. Как много позже было установлено, преступление совершили киллеры Аслана Гагиева – хорошего друга Комаева.       Потом Комаев стал владельцем «Салюта» официально. А Джако неофициально являлся совладельцем «Салюта».

At the same time, Karkusha was friends with the omnipotent mayor of Vladikavkaz, Sergei Dzantiev, and was his junior partner. When Vyacheslav Bitarov decided to build a political career, he started an affair with the 60-year-old influential chairman of the Parliament of North Ossetia Larisa Khabitseva. She helped Pivnik (as Vyacheslav Bitarov is called) to become a deputy, and then get into the government of the Russian Federation. Further, Bitarov’s career depended solely on Dzantiev, at that time “person No. 1” in North Ossetia. Both Khabitsev and Farniev were asked for Pivnik, as a result, Dzantiev took him under his guardianship. According to sources at Rucriminal.info, when the then President of the Republic of North Ossetia Tamerlan Aguzarov died, the first post was offered to the first deputy minister of defense Ruslan Tsalikov. But that post in the military department did not want to leave. And then Dzantiev, who had good contacts in the presidential administration, began to propose candidate Bitarov “his” for North Ossetia. Dzantiev hoped that Bitarov would become the controlled leader of the region. He could not even imagine that the word gratitude is not included in the vocabulary of Bitarov.

The latter quickly created a secret club of conspirators, which included Bitarov, Komaev and Farniev. They decided to combine their resources and ties in order to “dump” Dzantiev. There was commercial interest. Dzantiev’s friend Karkushu had access to over 140 plots of very good land in Vladikavkaz, which was controlled by Dzantiev. And the partners decided to “squeeze” these sites.

As a result, Bitarov, Karkush and Komaev lobbied for the “left” criminal case against Dzantiev, he is still wanted. After that, the trio together began to squeeze out the land and other assets of Dzantiev to the end, as well as reign supreme in North Ossetia. Edit in the spirit of the 90s. Bitarov is now the head of the republic, Farniev mayor of Vladikavkaz. And without Komaev not a single issue is solved in the field of alcohol in North Ossetia. In his opinion, all the successes of Komaev are suspiciously associated with many deaths.

For example, Komaev began his career as the commercial director of the Salyut distillery, which belonged to Oleg Gioev. In April 2007, in connection with the information received about the thefts at the plant, Gioev called Komaev to Moscow. During their meeting in the Moscow office, Gioev smashed Komaev’s head in blood. And a week later, on April 18, 2007, Gioev was killed by blowing up a scooter at the entrance to his office on Shmitovsky passage. Three more people passed by, one of whom died. As it was found much later, the crime was committed by killers of Aslan Gagiev, a good friend of Komaev. Then Komaev became the owner of the "Salute" officially. And Jaco unofficially was a co-owner of Salute.
