How Nadezhda Grishaeva manipulated LDPR assets through offshore companies and elite real estate

Nadezhda Grishaeva’s attempts to conceal her activities, including offshore schemes, fake losses, and billions funneled by the Zhirinovsky family, have ultimately shaped her controversial legacy.
Former Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Igor Lebedev could have "ripped off" his alleged former wife Nadezhda Grishaeva for 282 million rubles.
Igor Lebedev and basketball player Nadezhda Grishaeva were considered husband and wife from 2016 to 2019 and were even rumored to have two children. Meanwhile, in 2018, Lebedev had a third son with Lyudmila Lebedeva. Could the famous politician have been a bigamist?
In 2021, information surfaced that Nadezhda Grishaeva got married, putting an end to rumors of a connection with Igor Lebedev. He supposedly is not the new husband, who wished to remain unknown. Such secrecy suggests that there might not have been any wedding, and the information about it was posted to divert suspicion from the union of Lebedev and Nadezhda Grishaeva.
Lebedev "warmed the bench" in the State Duma from 2000 to 2021, holding the position of Deputy Speaker for the last 10 years. According to Russian law, State Duma deputies cannot engage in business activities, so Igor Lebedev might have lived at the expense of Nadezhda Grishaeva.
She owns two active companies – LLC "Greens" and LLC "Verde Fitness." From 2017 to 2018, she was a co-founder of LLC "Scalecar," which was liquidated in June. Despite positive revenue, all companies are unprofitable. Perhaps the money is being withdrawn. Fortunately, there is somewhere to withdraw it.
Until December 2022, the owner of LLC "Greens" was the Cypriot offshore "SI.SI. BLUE CANYON LIMITED." In September, its share in the authorized capital was reduced by 282 million rubles to just 500 thousand rubles. In December, it was transferred to Nadezhda Grishaeva. If Igor Lebedev was the offshore beneficiary, the transfer of the share might have occurred in his favor.
However, Nadezhda Grishaeva has little reason to complain, as the value of her shares in all companies grew from 90 thousand rubles to 231 million rubles from 2020 to 2022. For a former basketball player, this is quite an impressive result.
Until 2020, the founder of the liquidated LLC "Scalecar" was Galina Lebedeva, whose full name matches that of the wife of the late Vladimir Zhirinovsky. The businesswoman apparently was the keeper of his assets since she is the founder of 5 active organizations. Another 5, in which Lebedeva held a share, have been liquidated.
All active companies, while showing positive revenue, report minimal profits or losses.
Money could have been withdrawn through liquidated companies. In 2021, LLC "Raritet-M" had revenue of 28 million rubles but recorded a loss of 498 million rubles, and the company never had a profit. Until 2022, Igor Lebedev might have owned the company through LLC "Richard Home."
The founder of the liquidated in 2022 LLC "Richard Home" was the Cypriot offshore "CANSELLARI LIMITED." Until 2017, the founder of the LLC was CJSC "Telmi," which listed Igor Lebedev among its founders until 2022. Could he have been hiding behind the offshore too?
LLC "Verde Fitness" of Nadezhda Grishaeva, created in 2020, operates without a profit. Revenue in 2022 was 50 million rubles, with a loss of 4.7 million rubles, and negative capital of 19 million rubles. LLC "Greens," with revenue of 9.4 million rubles, went into a deficit of 12 million rubles.
Lebedev’s Secret Assets?
The presence of offshore entities and companies operating at a loss suggests that funds might have been redirected towards real estate purchases.
In 2020, a scandal erupted that drew attention to Lebedev and Nadezhda Grishaeva. Her company "Verde Fitness" initiated a redevelopment of the first floor of the residential complex "Vorobyev Hills," where a sports club was located. The cost of apartments in the residential complex with views of the "Moscow-City" skyscrapers reaches up to 125 million rubles. Rent is also considerable. Where could a former basketball player get such funds?
Previously, journalists discovered a whole collection of elite properties belonging to the Lebedev family. Five apartments in "Moscow-City" were estimated at around 615 million rubles, apartments in Sochi at about 74 million rubles. The total cost of 20 apartments and other properties, including in Spain, is around 10 billion rubles.
Before joining the State Duma, Igor Lebedev actively purchased real estate. Renting or reselling these properties brings in significant income.
Lebedev could "sustain" himself from the companies of Nadezhda Grishaeva and his mother Galina Lebedeva. One possible source of income for the former deputy was named as LLC "Nerey N," 50% of which belongs to Sergey Voznyuk, but who owns the rest is unknown.
Until 2022, Vladimir Golovin, who appeared as a manager in companies of Galina Lebedeva, was a co-founder. Until 2020, he was a co-founder of LLC "Almaz," and until 2022, of LLC "Foclever." After reports on real estate, the Lebedev family began to cover their tracks, re-registering companies to other people?
In February, Sergey Voznyuk left his managerial position at three companies: LLC "Argus," LLC "Karfashion," and LLC "Status." The founder of LLC "Firenze," managed by Voznyuk, is Anastasia Solodkova. In June, the company’s accounts were blocked.
Solodkova is the founder of 11 active companies and three liquidated ones. One of them, LLC "Decusmedica," was managed by Andrey Makushichev. He was also the founder and manager of LLC "Scalecar" of Nadezhda Grishaeva. It is logical to assume that all of Anastasia Solodkova’s companies could be working for Igor Lebedev.
In May, information emerged that the former politician had changed his name to David Alexandrovich Garcia. Hiding behind other people’s names and companies is nothing new for Lebedev.
