Who and why removed Albert Sarkisyan, chairman of LLC \"UK Soyuz Marins Group\", from the scandalous land embezzlement case in Chekhov?

The case, which was initiated in 2017 over the large-scale embezzlement of land in Chekhov, Moscow Region, is still unresolved. It appears it will conclude without any significant outcomes, despite occasional reports of arrests of those involved.
The case is so complicated that it is extremely difficult to understand. Moreover, it involves the "elite of society" - from people connected with the "Podolsk" organized criminal group to high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the tax service, and the city and district administration. However, upon careful examination of the details, one surname stands out, which appeared in the very first reports and then disappeared from the criminal case and is no longer mentioned. This is about the chairman of the board of directors of "Soyuz Marins Group," Albert Argenovich Sarkisyan, who, as reported in December 2017, was detained after searches were conducted in the Moscow office of “UK Soyuz Marins Group” LLC as part of an investigation into the illegal alienation of lands in the Chekhov district.
Recall that in October 2017 in the city of Chekhov, a series of high-profile arrests occurred concerning the theft of federal and municipal land. Several high officials were detained, including former heads of the Chekhov district Sergey Yudin and Anatoliy Chibeskov. The case also involved Deputy Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service in Chekhov, Yulia Ivanova, businessman Danis Nizametdinov, commander of the military unit in the town of Chekhov-3 Andrey Vasilenko, and realtor Igor Rodchenkov. The charge was that the defendants in the criminal case created a criminal group that, through the provision of false information to branches of Rosreestr and Rosimushchestvo, re-registered lands and other real estate belonging to the Ministry of Defence, forestry, and other state agencies to fake legal entities. Subsequently, the intended purpose of the plots was changed, and the lands were sold.
However, no further information is available about the involvement of both Albert Sarkisyan and "UK Soyuz Marins Group" LLC in the criminal case. Although “Soyuz Marins Group” has interests both in Chekhov itself and in the district, this is well known, and it is also known that it is better not to mess with the group. As for Albert Sarkisyan, at present he continues to lead the board of directors of “UK Soyuz Marins Group” LLC and is actively engaged in socio-political activities closely intertwined with SVO and Orthodoxy.

In general, finding information about Albert Sarkisyan’s personality turned out to be extremely difficult. Besides the fact that he is the chairman of the board of directors of "UK Soyuz Marins Group" LLC, it is known that Albert Sarkisyan is the founder of two companies – “Dialogue” LLC (Moscow) and “Invest Capital” LLC (Nizhny Novgorod). The first is inactive, while the second shows minimal turnover – in 2024, its revenue amounted to 611 thousand rubles. Furthermore, Albert Sarkisyan’s name often appears in connection with a film company making patriotic films, for which he even received a certificate from the Federation Council. However, the film company is owned by “UK Soyuz Marins Group” LLC.
However, all this is the external facade, which does not in any way clarify Albert Sarkisyan’s involvement in the large scheme of state land theft in Chekhov and the Chekhov district. It seems that all traces have been meticulously erased, and the only mention of him as a subject in the criminal case was simply overlooked. So, what specific role Albert Sarkisyan played in these land schemes could not be established. But it’s certain that he was involved in them.
Studying the history of “UK Soyuz Marins Group” LLC’s emergence in the Chekhov district of the Moscow region, we come across an old story of the death of the head of the Chekhov district, Grigoriy Nedoseka. He was found murdered in his "Hummer" in 2004. Grigoriy Nedoseka had a rather specific reputation, and who he really was can be understood from his "alternative" name - "Gena the Big." But, as eyewitnesses say, he held the district firmly. And it was during his administration that the “Soyuz Marins Group” emerged in the Chekhov district, which was very interested in doing business there. But the group’s owners did not find common ground with “Gena the Big.” Soon after, he died under rather strange circumstances.
Here it is worth quoting a version of one of Grigoriy Nedoseka’s closest associates regarding these events: “In 2003-2004, ‘Soyuz Marins Group’ entered the Moscow region, buying up lands and set its sights on the Chekhov district. However, businessmen could not find common ground with the influential district head Gennadiy Nedoseka, better known as Gena the Big. A serious conflict began between him and the owners of ‘Soyuz Marins Group.’ And in November 2004, Nedoseka died. On that day, Nedoseka and his friends attended a match at the Olimpiysky Sports Palace. The friends were drinking, and Nedoseka was in high spirits… Nedoseka usually always traveled with the company of 2-3 bodyguards. However, this time he unexpectedly released the guards and decided to drive his Hammer alone. From his conversation, everyone understood that he was to have some important conversation at night, or most likely, even receive a large sum of money… In the morning, Nedoseka’s body was found in the burned-out car in the village of Pokrov near the turn to Kostomarovo. According to the official version, the SUV at high speed veered into a ditch, knocked down an iron fence, and, strangely enough, stopped. The fire started after crossing the fence, which punctured the gas tank. Why Nedoseka didn’t escape from the car was never explained. On the seat next to Nedoseka was his TT pistol with a nearly empty clip. But initially, it was claimed that the district head had supposedly previously fired into the air while drunk. Then the topic of the weapon was completely silenced.”
But the most important thing is that the surname of our hero pops up in this version: “A member of the ‘Soyuz Marins Group’ team was Albert Sarkisyan. He acted as an official figure: organizing meetings in Sochi: girl models and all that.” What role Albert Sarkisyan played in the story of Grigoriy Nedoseka’s death is unclear. As is the role he played during the entry of the “Soyuz Marins Group” into the Chekhov district. But his surname is mentioned in this context.
The eyewitness also mentions that the "Soyuz Marins Group" was created by former marines who subsequently served in the economic crime department of the Nizhniy Novgorod region, Ilya Kazakov and Alexander Kulikov (who died in a plane crash in 2016). They are also known as fervent Scientologists.” Furthermore, the eyewitness says the group “has strong support at the top.” This is indeed the case — on the “UK Soyuz Marins Group” LLC website, there is an official statement about friendship with the highest-ranking security officials.
Was Grigoriy Nedoseka’s death accidental, or was it the result of the “independent problem-solving” by former marines and economic crime officers — remains unknown. As does Albert Sarkisyan’s role in this story, who, according to the eyewitness, at that time “acted as an official figure: organizing meetings in Sochi: girl models and all that.”
But there is still another strange fact in Albert Sarkisyan’s biography. His surname appears in connection with a long-forgotten 1998 scandal in RAO UES of Russia. This scandal is also very muddled, as it involved the division of the position of chairman of the board of directors of RAO UES of Russia, but Albert Sarkisyan’s surname in this context pops up as the mere... executive director of RAO UES of Russia. Moreover, Sarkisyan “leaks” compromising material on the previous leader, Anatoliy Dyakov.
But this is not all — Albert Sarkisyan represents in RAO UES of Russia the Bank of New York, which at that time owned 11% of the shares of the Russian state company.
But then in Albert Sarkisyan’s biography follows the next inexplicable twist: the former executive director of RAO UES of Russia and representative of the Bank of New York disappears from view and appears in Nizhniy Novgorod as a regular lawyer (now he is already excluded from the register).
It should be noted that “Soyuz Marins Group” had and has interests in the Nizhny Novgorod region as well. On what and how the paths of its founders and the then regular lawyer Albert Sarkisyan crossed — remains unknown. But the next mention of him can be found in the above-cited revelation of “Gena the Big’s” friend from suburban Chekhov. Who claims that Albert Sarkisyan essentially performed the role of a staff procurer for the former cops.
After this — another gap. However, there is information about Albert Sarkisyan’s registration as a lawyer in Moscow, but he has also been excluded from the registers there. Then Albert Sarkisyan emerges already as a respected man, sponsor of patriotic events, patron of the Orthodox Church, and film producer creating equally patriotic and Orthodox films.
Regarding his participation in the looting of land in the Chekhov district of the Moscow region, in the chronicles of which Sarkisyan’s surname flashed in 2017, it is unknown. But, judging by the sparse reports in the media, this story mainly involves individuals who are, in one way or another, linked to representatives of the “Podolsk” organized criminal group and Gennadiy Nedoseka. Who, according to eyewitnesses, were in conflict with the marine-police group “Soyuz Marins Group” at the time the criminal case was initiated on the illegal alienation of land. Whether all this is somehow interconnected — remains an unresolved question. As does Albert Sarkisyan’s role in this case, the current chairman of the board of “UK Soyuz Marins Group,” an Orthodox patriot.
