Бойцы Кенеса Ракишева и Рамзана Кадырова

 Руспрес выяснил, что один из участников истории с бойней на Рочдельской улице, олигарх из Казахстана Кенес Ракишев использует силовые возможности Рамзана Кадырова для захвата новых активов и разрешения бизнес-споров. Взамен представители Кадырова становятся совладельцами активов, полученных Ракишевым. Например, к таковым можно отнести "Управляющую компанию Витино» (нефтяной порт). Это был один из активов Мухтара Аблязова в России, а охотился за ним Ракишев. Всей юридической работой занимались его преданные адвокаты Владимир Тимошин и Максимилиан Гришин. А силовую часть вопроса решали представители чеченских друзей Ракишева. Итог — в 2015 году порт перешел в собственность «Управляющей компании Витино», подконтрольной БТА-банку (этот бывших банк Аблязова тоже заполучил Ракишев). Но учредителями этой компании  оказались вовсе не Ракишев и не БТА-банк, а некие Дмитрий Шивков и Дмитрий Филатьев. Шивков —брат жены Павла Кротова. Кротов официальный представитель Кадырова-Делимханова в разных бизнес-проектах. В связи с этим, по словам очевидцев, оппонентов Ракишева могут и избить, и посадить. Как отмечает телеграм-канал ВЧК-ОГПУ, сам Ракишев после того, как США ввели санкции в отношении Кадырова, всячески скрывает такого бизнес-партнера.

         Ранее глава Чечни Рамзан Кадыров удалил в соцсетях все поздравительные послания своему другу и деловому партнеру казахскому олигарху Кенесу Ракишеву. Произошло это после того, как власти США объявили об усилении мер в отношении лиц, имеющих финансовые отношения с Кадыровым. А Ракишев, безусловно, относится к таким персонам.

США внесли Рамзана Кадырова в свой санкционный список в 2017 году на основании так называемого закона Магнитского, который позволяет американским властям вводить персональные ограничения в отношении лиц, ответственных за нарушение прав человека и принципа верховенства права в России.

Ранее он продвигал интересы Кадырова в Казахстане.

Неформальное общение с ним Ракишев вел через своего адвоката Владимира Тимошина. Вместе с Тимошиным Ракишев оказался участником истории с попыткой захвата через уголовное дело Nginx , что вызвало большой международный скандал. Тимошин «поработал» с документами фирмы «Дальняя степь», задействованных в гигантской афере. Разоблачивший ее юрист Сергей Магнитский погиб в тюрьме. Дело, по которому арестовали Магнитского, вел Следственный департамент МВД РФ. Входивший в оперативно-следственную группу Николай Будило – близкий друг Тимошина- внесен в «список Магнитского».
